Job Description

Nexdigm (SKP) is looking for Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Administrative Support:Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate travel arrangements, and managing interview logistics
Handle correspondence with candidates, schedule follow-up communications, and maintain candidate databases
Candidate Experience:Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing information, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Coordinate pre-employment checks, assessments, and other screening procedures as required
Recruitment Process Coordination:Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule and facilitate recruitment events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment platforms
Onboarding Support:Assist in onboarding processes, including preparation of new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and coordination with relevant departments
Reporting and Documentation:Prepare reports and maintain recruitment-related metrics, providing regular updates to the recruitment team on the status of candidates and open positions
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality of candidate information
