Recruitment Coordinator

You will be joining an Overseas Recruitment Firm specializing in recruiting Medical Professionals and Blue-Collar Skilled Manpower. As a Recruitment Coordinator, your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and sourcing suitable candidates for medical and skilled manpower positions - Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates" qualifications and skills - Coordinating with clients and candidates to schedule interviews and follow up on recruitment processes - Maintaining recruitment databases and records accurately To qualify for this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Graduation or Diploma in any field - Proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Excel, Email, and PDF - Average communication skills with proficiency in English and Hindi - Smart, energetic, and passionate about interacting with people Freshers are welcome to apply as training will be provided. Candidates living within a maximum of 1 hour from the office location in Angamally, Kerala are preferred.
