About job

As a Recruiting Coordinator - Scheduler, you are responsible for the recruiting coordination

steps of the hiring process such as scheduling phone interviews with hiring managers,

scheduling technical phone assessments, confirming calendar invitations, and rescheduling

interviews as needed. You will interact frequently with candidates, recruiters, and interviewers

ensuring interviews are executed seamlessly.

primary responsibilities:

? As a Recruitment Coordinator, having experience in coordination and communicating with different stakeholders.

? Scheduling the candidate interviews according to the different business requirements.

? Extensive following up with the stakeholders and having timely communication with them.

? Taking the feedback from the respective stakeholders and updating the tracker accordingly.

? Timely communicating the status or the process details to the respective stakeholder effectively via email or call.

? Maintaining real time updates for timely and accurate reporting analysis.

? 34 years relevant work experience.

? Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, ambiguous work environment.
