Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
• Conduct reference checks and support compliance with local employment laws
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on hiring progress
• Represent the company’s values and culture throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency)
• Strong sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn, headhunting)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
• Familiarity with ATS or recruitment software
• Knowledge of employment laws and best hiring practices

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting in FX, FinTech, iGaming or Finance would be considered as an advantage.
• Network of professionals within the sector
• Multilingual skills
