Patia, Bhubaneswar (on-site)

Qualifications And Skills:

• 1 to 4 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or a similar role
• Proven track record of successfully filling positions in various industries
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
• Familiarity with different sourcing methods and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role
• Experience in using social media for recruitment
• Proficiency in resume screening and candidate assessment
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability, experience, and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate client interviews and manage the entire hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and talent pipelines.
• Consult clients proactively on hiring strategies, talent availability, and market trends.
• Prepare and present shortlisted candidates with clear assessments and recommendations.
• Assist in salary negotiation, offer management, and candidate onboarding.
• Ensure a seamless and positive experience for both clients and candidates.
• Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's market presence.
• Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and competitor activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
