​A Recruitment Consultant acts as the vital link between employers (clients) and job seekers (candidates), aiming to successfully match the right professional to the right job, often working towards sales and placement targets. ​Here is a breakdown of the typical job description: ​💼 Recruitment Consultant Job Description Summary​The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for clients, from business development and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and placement finalization. They build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their needs and ensure successful, long-term matches. ​🎯 Key Responsibilities and Duties​1. Client & Business Development​Identify and develop new client relationships through sales, business development, networking, and cold calling. ​Consult with clients to thoroughly understand their organizational culture, job specifications, and specific recruitment needs. ​Advise clients on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and the most effective candidate attraction strategies. ​2. Candidate Management & Sourcing​Source and attract candidates by drafting and placing engaging advertisements on job boards, social media, and other channels. ​Utilize and maintain the candidate database, professional networks, and headhunting techniques to identify passive and active job seekers. ​Screen, interview, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles. ​Conduct reference and background checks as required. ​3.
