As a Recruitment Consultant at Target Mind, a UK based Healthcare Recruitment Agency, you will play a crucial role in sourcing candidates for the UK's largest Care Homes, hospitals, and the NHS. Your responsibilities will include: - Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, networking, referrals, and the company database. - Posting job advertisements and assessing candidates" suitability for different positions, presenting them with relevant work opportunities. - Coordinating interviews and preparing candidates for the interview process. - Maintaining candidate records accurately and promptly in the database. - Demonstrating comfort in meeting sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
