Booking Consultant

Job Title: UK Booking Consultant (OOH) Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Booking Consultant with excellent English communication and writing skills. The ideal candidate should be flexible with work timings, including rotational and Late-night working shifts aligned with UK client hours. This role requires someone who oversee booking operations with a focus on timely coordination and system accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with frontline workers to gather and confirm their availability well in advance Ensure candidates are familiar with different booking processes for various end clients Complete all required checklists once candidates are "signed off" and ready for shift/job submissions Maintain up-to-date records on booking portals, ensuring all documentation is uploaded and compliance requirements are met or followed up Monitor shift requests and submit available/active candidates within 5–10 seconds of shift release during prime working hours Coordinate with the resourcing team to focus on areas with high volume shift releases Send booking confirmations to candidates with full shift details, record updates in the CRM system, and confirm booking acceptance via email/WhatsApp/text Cancel shifts immediately upon notification from clients or candidates and update all relevant systems accordingly Manage and maintain the Worker Control Book, ensuring all updates and changes are accurately recorded Work independently when required and support the recruitment team in day-to-day operations Requirements: Strong verbal and written English communication skills Flexibility with rotational and Late-night shifts Ability to work independently and handle pressure Must be seeking a long-term career opportunity Minimum 1 year of experience preferred; freshers may also apply Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Rotational shift UK shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Language: English (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Night Shift (Required)
