Designation: Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Lead Experience: 1 to 8 years Open to Hire: Team Lead OR Individual contributor Candidates from western line preferred, who can travel to office daily. Salary offered: Market standard + Performance based Incentives Role & Responsibilities  Recruitment consultant passionate to grow their career to next level in the space of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.  Responsible for sourcing from different portals like Naukri, paid LinkedIn, references etc.  Responsible for the end to end recruitment process right from understanding JD, sourcing right candidates, screening, interviewing, salary Negotiations till joining.  Updating MIS Tracker daily.  Team Lead would be responsible for own and team’s targets.
