Job Summary:

Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    end-to-end recruitment

    for IT and Non-IT roles (sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer closure).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality profiles within timelines.
  • Use multiple sourcing channels — LinkedIn, job portals, references, and networking.
  • Manage the candidate experience and ensure timely communication at every stage.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with market trends and proactively build a strong talent pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 1–6 years

    of recruitment experience, including exposure to both IT and Non-IT hiring.
  • Experience in

    Big 4 hiring (KPMG, Deloitte, EY, PwC)

    or working with top consulting clients preferred.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
