As we expand, we’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help us build a strong presence in this exciting, fast-growing market. The Role This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven recruitment experience who is motivated by results and thrives in a commission-driven environment. You will: Source, screen, and place permanent candidates Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and market demands. Conduct cold calling and business development to grow our client base. Work closely with start-ups and SMEs, providing tailored recruitment solutions. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job brief to placement. What We’re Looking For Experience in permanent recruitment (ideally in finance/accounting, Legal). Good understanding of the UK market, ideally with exposure to start-ups. Strong business development skills – confident with cold calling and winning new business. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently from home.
