Configure and customize FSL features such as scheduling, dispatching, optimization, mobile workflows, and work orders. Develop and maintain integrations between FSL and other systems, using APIs and middleware. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical specifications. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices and standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FSL implementations. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, particularly in the FSL domain. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation. Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes. Required Skills and Experience: Relevant experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on field service.
