As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to onboard experienced and dynamic professionals from the staffing industry for the following position.

📌 Position: Recruitment Consultant (Staffing)

🌟𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨 :

· Actively source biker candidates through field visits, local advertisements, community outreach, and referrals.

· Conduct spot interviews and eligibility checks (e.g., valid driving license, vehicle ownership, smartphone usage).

· Organize and attend daily/weekly recruitment drives at hubs, public places, or partner locations.

· Support new riders with documentation, training, and on boarding steps.

Report daily progress and hiring numbers to the recruitment/ops manager.

🌟𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:

✔️ Graduate/H.S.

✔️ Min. 2 years of experience in blue-collar/warehouse/rider hiring.

💰 Salary: 3 LPA

📍 Location: Kolkata/ Odisha/ Bihar
