Jr. Recruiter


Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
  • Conduct reference checks and support compliance with local employment laws
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on hiring progress
  • Represent the company’s values and culture throughout the recruitment process


Requirements


  • Sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn, headhunting) would be considered an advantage
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
