We are looking for a driven and people oriented Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage the recruitment process, building strong relationships with candidates and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and networking Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles Conduct reference checks and support compliance with local employment laws Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on hiring progress Represent the company’s values and culture throughout the recruitment process Requirements Previous experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency) Strong sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn, headhunting) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously Familiarity with ATS or recruitment software Knowledge of employment laws and best hiring practices Nice to Have Experience recruiting in FX, FinTech, iGaming or Finance would be considered as an advantage.
