Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for roles such as:
  
• Operations (Move Coordinators, Supervisors, Packers, Drivers)
  
• Corporate & Sales (Relocation Consultants, Key Account Managers)
  
• Support functions (Finance, HR, Admin)
  
• Understand manpower requirements from department heads and prepare role-specific hiring plans.
  

Headhunting & Talent Sourcing

• Conduct

  active headhunting

  for niche and critical roles in:
• Moving & relocation companies
  
• Logistics, freight, and allied service industries
  
• Source candidates via:
  
• LinkedIn Recruiter & job portals
  
• Industry references & networks
  
• Direct competitor mapping
  
• Build and maintain a

  talent pipeline

  for future hiring needs.

Screening & Selection

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  
• Coordinate technical and managerial interviews.
  
• Evaluate candidates on skill fit, industry exposure, and cultural alignment.
  

Offer Management & Onboarding

• Prepare offer letters and negotiate compensation.
  
• Ensure timely joining and smooth onboarding.
  
• Coordinate background verification and documentation.
  

Recruitment Metrics & Reporting

• Track and report hiring metrics:
  
• Time-to-hire
  
• Cost-per-hire
  
• Source effectiveness
  
• Offer-to-join ratio
  
• Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate database.
  

Employer Branding & Compliance

• Support employer branding initiatives.
  
• Ensure recruitment compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity.

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in

  headhunting & passive candidate sourcing

• Expertise in LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search
  
• Interviewing & salary negotiation skills
  
• Knowledge of moving/relocation or logistics industry hiring
