Job Title:

Interview Location

Work Location: Pallepahad & Nacharam , Uppal

Work Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:

Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, offer processing and onboarding.
Coordinate with manufacturing/pharma departments for manpower planning.
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring metrics.
Manage job postings, job boards, referrals and sourcing channels.
Conduct screening interviews and schedule further rounds.
Documentation: appointment letters, onboarding, exits, HR files.
Maintain employee database, HRIS updates & compliance.
Support general HR tasks: attendance, induction, employee relations.

Required Profile:

2-4 years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or pharma companies.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
Good communication & documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office & HR tools.
