Workday Technical Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for a proficient and self-driven Workday Technical Consultant to join our team on a 6-month contractual basis in Bengaluru . The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Workday Integrations , possess strong technical knowledge in EDI, REST/SOAP, XML, XSLT , and be certified in Workday Technical/Integration modules. Role & responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio , Core Connectors , EIB , and Cloud Connect . Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable Workday solutions. Develop and troubleshoot integrations using EDI, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and XSLT . Provide technical support and resolve integration issues during implementation and post-go-live phases. Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll and HR operations. Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for integrations and support transition to internal teams. Preferred candidate profile Duration: Contract with 6 Months Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday Technical/Integration . Strong experience in Workday Studio , Workday Payroll Integrations , and EDI . Solid understanding of REST/SOAP web services , XML , and XSLT . Workday Certification in Technical/Integration is mandatory . Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage deliverables within tight deadlines.
