Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their business processes. Configure and implement Workday modules (Core HCM/Compensation/Benefits/Payroll/Talent & Performance/Learning/Finance and Adaptive Planning). Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality and accuracy. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders. Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations and processes. Stay updated on Workday releases and enhancements, providing recommendations for improvements. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues as they arise. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday with other systems. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Workday Functional Consultant or similar role. Strong knowledge of Workday modules, specifically in Core HCM/Compensation/Benefits/Payroll/Talent & Performance/Learning/Finance and Adaptive Planning. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Workday certification is a plus.
