Workday Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their business processes.
• Configure and implement Workday modules (Core HCM/Compensation/Benefits/Payroll/Talent & Performance/Learning/Finance and Adaptive Planning).
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations and processes.
• Stay updated on Workday releases and enhancements, providing recommendations for improvements.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues as they arise.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday with other systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Workday Functional Consultant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Workday modules, specifically in Core HCM/Compensation/Benefits/Payroll/Talent & Performance/Learning/Finance and Adaptive Planning.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Workday certification is a plus.
