Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy classical ML models (classification, regression, time-series forecasting) for business use cases within the automotive industry. Work with customer and vehicle data to generate insights for campaign effectiveness, retention strategies, and personalization. Apply marketing mix modeling (MMM) and basic NLP techniques for campaign optimization. Build and maintain scalable, automated data pipelines on Microsoft Azure, ensuring real-time and clean data flow. Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, analytics) to convert data insights into actionable strategies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in classical ML and marketing analytics. Strong programming and data handling skills using Python, R, SQL, and ML libraries like scikit-learn, XGBoost. Proven experience in Azure ML services and pipeline orchestration. Domain experience in automotive analytics is mandatory. Exposure to GenAI tools (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain) is a nice-to-have, not required.
