Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Recruiter based in Mumbai. The Assistant Recruiter will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, reviewing and screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Other responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, providing administrative support to the HR team, and assisting in onboarding new employees.

Qualifications

• 2+ Years experience
• Experience in sourcing candidates and reviewing resumes
• Proficiency in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
• Strong organizational and administrative support skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain candidate databases and perform data entry tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in the recruitment process is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software tools

• CTC - 15k to 25K
• Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days
