Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Chembur, Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies. The role also involves maintaining candidate databases, conducting background checks, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Min 2+ years of Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Skills in creating job descriptions and developing recruitment strategies
• Ability to maintain candidate databases and manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Knowledge of conducting background checks and ensuring compliance with employment regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
