Role & responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates as per the relevant job descriptions.
  
• Call and screen candidates to assess their fitment.
  
• Schedule interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates.
  
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the interview process for smooth follow-up and feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

• Interested in pursuing a career as a recruiter and eager to learn the end-to-end recruitment process.
  
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Comfortable interacting with candidates and explaining job descriptions clearly.
  
• Willing to work collaboratively as part of a team and coordinate with hiring managers and recruitment team members.
