Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Recruiting:

  Identify, source, and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

• Candidate Screening:

  Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the company culture.

• Job Postings:

  Create and post compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the needs of the hiring department and attract high-quality candidates.

• U

  nderstand Requirement with management for hiring the staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

• Talent Pipeline Management:

  Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Offer Management:

  Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the offer process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

• Compliance:

  Ensure all recruitment practices comply with employment laws and company policies.

• Reporting:

  Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

  5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• Skills:

  Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency in recruitment portal or software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge:

  Familiarity with employment laws, best practices in recruiting, Labour Laws and trends in talent acquisition.
