About Lyros Technologies

bulk/volume BPO hiring

What Youll Do

Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO (voice/non-voice) and support IT roles when required.
Drive
bulk/volume hiring
through portals (Naukri/LinkedIn), social media, referrals, and databases.
Screen, schedule, coordinate interviews, and maintain daily trackers.
Partner with hiring managers/clients; ensure fast TATs and target closures.
Own offer follow-ups and smooth onboarding.

Who Can Apply

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Strong communication & stakeholder management.
Comfortable with
high-volume/target-driven
environments (consultancy setup).
Bonus: Experience in
BPO hiring
and/or basic
IT recruitment
; familiarity with Naukri/LinkedIn and Excel/Sheets.
