Role & responsibilities We are having Bulk requirements for Customer Support Executive position. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the BPO industry and a passion of working Customer service environment. Role: Process : Customer Support Voice Process Location: Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore Key Requirements: Fresher to At least 1 year as a customer service or domestic BPO. Prior experience in an e-commerce process is an added advantage. Graduate from a UGC-recognized university. Fluent in English and Hindi communication. Strong presentation and facilitation skills. Willing to work 6 days a week (1 rotational off) Two Simple rounds of Interviews.
