Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain observability solutions using the Elastic Stack. Set up log ingestion pipelines using Logstash, Beats, and Elastic Agent. Configure and optimize dashboards and visualizations in Kibana for various stakeholders. Implement and maintain Elastic APM for application performance monitoring. Work with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to define logging and monitoring standards. Automate alerts, anomaly detection, and observability best practices. Monitor and tune performance of the Elastic stack for high availability and scalability. Provide training and documentation for internal teams on how to use observability tools. Maintain data lifecycle policies and ensure compliance with security and retention requirements. Required Skills and Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Elastic Stack in production environments. Strong knowledge of Elasticsearch architecture, indexing, querying, and clustering . Experience with Beats (Filebeat, Metricbeat), Logstash, and Elastic Agent . Proficient in Kibana dashboard development and alerting configurations. Experience integrating Elastic with cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) . Solid understanding of APM, distributed tracing, and service observability . Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) is a plus. Familiarity with containerized environments and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes). Understanding of security practices around logging and observability. Good Understanding of ML jobs creation for different requirements of dashboards and alerts Experience with Elastic based AI functionality
