NO TECHNICAL BACKGROUND CANDIDATES SHOULD APPLY

ANY 6 MONTH EXPERIENCE IN CSA, SALES, AVIATION WILL WORK

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
inbound and outbound calls
for customers
Assist passengers with
flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and travel policies
Resolve customer queries professionally while ensuring a high-quality customer experience
Accurately
document customer interactions
in internal systems
Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation is manadatory
Graduate with 6 months experience
Salary: upto
3.8 LPA
Graduate with 1 year experience
Salary: upto
4.2 LPA
Experience in
international & Domestic customer service, sales, or aviation
is preferred
Excellent English communication skills
(mandatory)
Prior
international process experience
is an advantage (not mandatory)
Willingness to work in
24/7 rotational shifts

Work Details:

Working Days:
5 days a week
Week Offs:
2 rotational week offs
Shift:
Rotational (24/7)
