Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales to drive growth for our business. The role will focus on strengthening developer relationships, building and managing a strong sales team, expanding channel networks, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets across residential and commercial real estate projects. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Strategy & Growth Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Drive sales across multiple developers’ projects . Identify new opportunities to expand channel partnerships and customer acquisition. 2. Developer & Project Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with top real estate developers. Ensure access to premium project inventory and favorable commercial terms. Act as the bridge between developers and the internal sales team. 4. Sales Team Leadership Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver results. Set sales targets, track performance, and ensure accountability. Foster a culture of teamwork, ethics, and customer focus. 5. Sales Operations & Reporting Oversee lead management, CRM adoption, and sales process efficiency. Provide regular MIS reports, market insights, and forecasts to management. Ensure smooth execution of customer transactions and post-sales coordination. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 8–12 years of experience in real estate sales, with strong exposure to channel partner ecosystem. Proven success in achieving sales targets across multiple projects. Strong network of developers, brokers, and channel partners. At least 3–5 years in a sales leadership/management role. Skills & Competencies Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. Strong leadership with ability to manage large teams and diverse partners. High energy, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive market.
