Job Title: Sales Head Real Estate Location: Indore (Full-time, On-site) About MicroMitti: MicroMitti is redefining how Bharat invests in real estate. Role Overview: As the Sales Head – Real Estate , you will lead MicroMitti’s national sales strategy, execution, and P&L ownership . You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing high-performing teams, and leading high-ticket closures with top-tier investors. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial, performance-driven leader who thrives in a fast-scaling PropTech startup . Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Leadership & P&L Ownership Own and drive the entire sales cycle and revenue P&L across projects and geographies. Deliver monthly/quarterly sales targets , optimize conversions, and ensure project-wise ROI. Consistently exceed sales milestones aligned with organizational growth. 2. Sales Strategy & Execution Design and implement multi-channel sales strategies (digital, offline, broker networks). Build compelling pitches for co-investment products, SIP-based models, and asset-backed investments . Scale the business through digital-first sales approaches . 3. Team Building & Performance Management Lead, coach, and expand a team of 20–50+ wealth managers, pre-sales, and closers . Establish SOPs, performance metrics, and incentive structures to drive accountability. Create a high-performance, results-driven sales culture . 4. Client Relations & Closures Personally manage high-ticket closures with HNIs, NRIs, family offices, and institutional investors . Build long-term investor relationships through transparency and strong product knowledge . 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Project teams to optimize lead-to-sale processes. Share investor feedback to refine product offerings and strengthen GTM strategies. Qualifications: 7–15 years of experience in real estate sales, private wealth management, or high-ticket investment products . Proven track record of owning P&L and achieving 50 Cr+ annual sales . Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen . Experience in leading digital-first, scalable sales teams preferred. Passion for wealth creation models and Bharat-focused investing .
