Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead and manage the real estate sales function across all projects and locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, strategic planning, and team leadership. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and leading a high-performance sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
  • Work closely with leadership to align sales objectives with company goals and market trends.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expansion strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers, executives, and support staff.
  • Define KPIs, monitor team performance, and implement training and performance improvement plans.
  • Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, results, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee end-to-end sales operations across multiple projects or geographies.
  • Manage lead generation, prospecting, sales pitches, negotiations, and closure processes.
  • Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to optimize campaigns, lead nurturing, and conversions.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback and insights for product development, pricing, and positioning

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in real estate sales with at least 35 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading successful sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles, project launches, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience with luxury or premium residential/commercial real estate.
  • Well-connected within the real estate industry and brokerage networks.
  • Tech-savvy with familiarity in sales automation, data analytics, and digital marketing integration.
