Real Estate Sales Head

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's client base and market presence

Identify business opportunities and establish relationships with developers, investors, and high-net-worth clients

Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on Gurgaon's property trends

Supervise property site visits, client meetings, and deal negotiations to ensure successful closures

Review and monitor sales performance, provide training, and ensure CRM data accuracy

Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities

Build a high-performance culture within the team through motivation and consistent follow-up

Requirements:

Sales Head / Sales Manager

Gurgaon real estate market

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and closing abilities

Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and online property portals

Self-driven, disciplined, and capable of working under pressure

Own vehicle preferred for client meetings and site visits
