Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Generate sales with existing customers and develop opportunities with new clients within assigned territory.
Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and follow-ups to achieve sales targets.
Liaise between customers and the company to provide updates on services, pricing, and new product launches.
Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base.
Increase business opportunities through multiple market channels.
Build and retain client relationships through continuous follow-up.
Assist the Sales Manager in daily operations, including strategy development to improve sales, handling customer complaints, and recruitment support.
Delegate tasks to sales staff in the absence of the Sales Manager.
Supervise and guide the sales team, providing incentives to motivate staff and monitoring team performance.
Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and adequately stocked.
Identify opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions.
Perform all duties of the Sales Manager during absence or emergency.
