Role & responsibilities We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our real estate sales division. This is a pivotal role that will play a significant part in driving revenue growth and achieving ambitious sales targets Job Location:- Pune Balewadi, Goa, Noida Note:- Candidates with their own Team are Highly Preferred Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Lead and motivate a high-performing for their own sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Identify and acquire new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners. Conduct market analysis and stay abreast of industry trends to ensure a competitive edge. Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring effective lead generation and conversion. Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business goals. Drive sales initiatives to achieve business goals, manage frontline sales teams, and be accountable for increasing sales growth. Identify and acquire new lines for business growth and ensure risk negotiation. Conduct detailed market studies to analyze the latest market trends and track competitor activities Preferred candidate profile Proven track record of success in real estate sales leadership, with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience. In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and competitive analysis. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Experience managing and developing sales teams to achieve targets. Bachelor's / Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
