Job Description

Role & responsibilities Only Real estate interested candidate shall call and apply Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identifying and nurturing potential clients, understanding their needs, and building strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Property Showings and Presentations: Conducting property showings, open houses, and presenting listings to potential buyers, highlighting their features and benefits. Market Research and Analysis: Staying informed about market trends, property values, and local regulations to advise clients effectively. Marketing and Advertising: Preparing and distributing marketing materials, including online listings, brochures, and social media posts, to promote properties and attract buyers. Utilizing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track client interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records. Documentation and Paperwork: Preparing and managing necessary paperwork, including contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements. Preferred candidate profile Mandate vehicle Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to effectively communicate with clients, build rapport, and negotiate effectively. Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills: A proven track record of successfully closing deals and meeting sales targets. Knowledge of Real Estate Market and Regulations: A comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market, property values, and relevant laws and regulations. Proficiency in CRM Systems: Experience using CRM software to manage client relationships and track leads. Marketing and Advertising Skills: The ability to create effective marketing materials and promote properties online and offline. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: The ability to identify and resolve issues, analyze data, and make informed decisions. Teamwork and Collaboration Skills: The ability to work effectively with other agents, brokers, and professionals. Additional Notes: Real Estate Sales Executives often work on a commission basis, earning a percentage of the property's sale price. The role requires a high degree of flexibility and adaptability, as schedules may be irregular and demands can vary.
