Role Description

As a Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include identifying and contacting potential clients, understanding their packaging needs, and offering tailored solutions. You will be expected to build and maintain strong client relationships, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets. The role involves generating leads, preparing sales presentations, providing post-sales support, and staying updated on industry trends and product innovations. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience, lead generation, and client relationship management skills
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions
Knowledge of industrial packaging products and sustainable practices is a plus
Ability to meet sales targets, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively in a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales reporting software is advantageous
