• Reply to incoming RFQ’s from existing and new customers with strict deadlines and convert enquiry to sale.
• Provides support to sales team by resolving supplier invoice errors and discount related issues.
• Provide support for established customers.
• The Sales consultants will provide sales support to the assigned parts & sales regions.
• Proposal creation and follow-up (where applicable).
• Manages the return material process related to sales orders. This process includes vendor return material authorization requests, working directly with customers and verification of proper return and invoice credit.
• Negotiate pricing and close deals. • Multi-task.
• Interface with accounts payable to ensure correct and timely payment of invoices
• Achieve monthly sales targets and will be expected to reach or exceed those targets.
• Prepare timely reports for Key Account Managers.
• Preferably a university graduate.
• 0-1 year of experience in Sales division of any industry
