Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team through recruitment, training, coaching, and mentoring. Your primary focus will be on setting and achieving individual and team sales targets, motivating the team to reach sales goals, and providing guidance and support to sales agents. Additionally, you will develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives, identify target markets, and create marketing plans.
