Role Overview: skills. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy - Create, own, and implement sales strategies for luxury villa and residential projects in South Bangalore. - Drive high-value sales conversions (3 Cr size and above). - Forecast, track, and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Team Management & Mentorship
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team. - Set sales KPIs, track performance, and ensure achievement through structured reviews. - Build processes, training programs, and sales culture aligned with company goals. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management - Build and nurture strong relationships with HNIs, NRIs, corporates, and channel partners. - Provide superior customer service and guide clients through the booking and closing process. Market Intelligence & Business Development - Leverage market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback . - Strategic Planning & Reporting - Develop quarterly sales plans with measurable KPIs. - Regular MIS, forecasts, and pipeline reporting to management.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred. Experience: 10-20+ years of relevant sales experience in the real estate market. Achievement: Track Record: Consistent achievement of high-value sales targets, with an ability to close deals between 2-5 Cr segments. Skills
