Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Responsibilities include conducting property visits, negotiating deals, drafting contracts, maintaining client relationships, and providing knowledgeable advice on property trends and markets. The consultant will also assist with training clients or other team members as needed to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

Expertise in Real Estate, Real Property handling, and understanding of market trends.
Strong skills in Sales and Negotiation to facilitate property transactions effectively.
Experience or ability to provide Training in property-related processes and actions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients professionally.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
Knowledge of the local real estate regulations and market in the Greater Kolkata Area is an advantage.
Prior experience in real estate consulting or sales is preferred.
