Desired Candidate Profile Graduate/ Post Graduate Top B school pass out Excellent Convincing Power Should be able to work independently Should be go getter Experience in Insurance, Retail and Real Estate is preferred JD Telesales Roles and Responsibilities Prospecting clients by connecting with leads generated by marketing team. Understanding clients requirements and creating sales funnel. Open Position for Tele Sales Girls who will have convert the leads to site visits for our Projects. Support the confidently lead clients through the entire real estate process. Client Relationship Management, Handling Calls. inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls generate leads Sourcing new business opportunities Knowledge and Experience from Real Estate Sector would be a plus / Not Mandatory Making outbound call to prospective clients, explain product and services for generating appointments for business development team Ability to develop & maintain positive working relationship with clientfollow ups Generate leads/prospects over the phone Send mailers, maintain complete database & reports Candidate should have a positive attitude & should be goal oriented Candidate should have good Communications & convincing skills Excellent conversational and customer service Excellent Knowledge of Noida and Noida extension projects.
