Experience Level: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, property management, or a related field is required. A proven track record of successful property transactions and client management is advantageous. ·        Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, customer service orientation, problem-solving capabilities, and adaptability are crucial for building client relationships and closing deals effectively. ·        Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, market trends, property valuation methods, and financing options is necessary to navigate complex transactions and provide expert advice to clients.
