Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell residential/commercial properties to potential buyers. Generate leads through various sources Conduct site visits with clients and explain project details clearly. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties. Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to the sales manager. No target Coordinate with internal teams like legal, CRM, and operations for smooth deal closure. Required Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Kannada, English, and local languages preferred). Persuasive and confident in client interactions. Good knowledge of local real estate market. Basic computer skills and experience with CRM tools preferred. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits. Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline Prior experience in real estate sales or any direct sales is an advantage.
