Responsibilities :
* Manage incoming leads, follow up regularly, and maintain strong client relations
* Conduct site visits, explain project features, pricing, and USPs to customers
* Handle client meetings, presentations, and guide buyers through the selection process
* Negotiate prices, terms, and ensure closure of bookings
* Maintain CRM entries, daily follow-up reports, and sales tracking
* Coordinate with the documentation, finance, and CRM teams for smooth customer handling
* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall project performance
* Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and customer expectations
Requirements:
* 25 years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
