Job Description

Role Overview

identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners

Key Responsibilities

Channel Partner Sourcing & Management

  • Identify and onboard new Channel Partners / Brokers / Agencies to widen the projects sales network.
  • Conduct regular meetings & site visits with Channel Partners to build strong engagement.
  • Train and update partners on project USPs, pricing, offers, and sales policies.
  • Maintain active communication with Channel Partners to stimulate lead flow.
  • Monitor productivity and drive partner performance to achieve sales targets.

Lead Handling & Client Closing

  • Manage leads generated through channel partners and primary sourcing.
  • Coordinate and conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Present project features, pricing, layouts, payment schemes, and legal documentation.
  • Follow up aggressively until deal closure and ensure booking conversion.
  • Liaise with CRM / Documentation teams to ensure smooth post-sales process.

Skills & Requirements

  • Experience:

    1–5 years in real estate sales / channel partner management / business development.
  • Industry Preference:

    Residential real estate (developers / channel partner companies).
  • Strong network-building and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and closing skills

    .
  • Ability to work in a

    target-driven

    and

    field-based

    role.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office / CRM software

    is an advantage.
  • Must have a

    two-wheeler (preferred)

    and willingness to travel within the city.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of channel partners onboarded and activated
  • Quality & quantity of leads generated via partners
  • Site visit conversions and deal closures
  • Sales revenue contribution
  • Relationship retention and repeat business

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Commerce / Sales or related field (preferred).
