Job Summary:

Assistant Manager – Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Drive sales of commercial properties including offices, showrooms, and retail spaces.
  • Independently manage the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to closure.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Client Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, investors, brokers, and consultants.
  • Understand client requirements and deliver tailored property solutions.
  • Conduct site visits, lead negotiations, and finalize transactions.
  • Channel Partner Engagement:

  • Onboard, manage, and strengthen relationships with channel partners and brokers.
  • Conduct regular meetings, updates, and training sessions to align them with project positioning.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting:

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
  • Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, CRM, legal, and finance teams for smooth execution.
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members when required.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–7 years of experience in commercial real estate sales.
  • Strong network with corporates, investors, IPCs, and channel partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of handling high-value deals independently.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Experience in leasing to corporates or selling office/showroom spaces in commercial projects.
  • Understanding of RERA, documentation, and sales processes in real estate.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
