Assistant Sales Manager

Manage and expand the assigned sales territory to achieve revenue and growth targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective performance objectives. Analyse sales data to highlight gaps, forecast demand, and identify territory expansion opportunities. Ensure timely payment collection and maintain strong credit control across customer accounts. Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to strengthen engagement. Evaluate distributor and dealer performance, recommending corrective or growth-oriented measures. Maintain updated customer records and ensure effective utilization of CRM tools. Support management in regional budgeting, forecasting, and strategic business planning. Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand presence.
