Assistant Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales operations and contribute to the growth of the company. The ideal candidate will handle individual sales targets, work effectively under pressure, travel as required, and actively participate in sales and marketing initiatives to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve assigned individual sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis

Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, corporates, and partners

Identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Represent the company during sales visits, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events

Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates

Handle client negotiations, proposals, and contract follow-ups

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and brand representation

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality sales or a similar role

Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Willingness to travel frequently for sales and marketing activities

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset

Good understanding of sales and marketing techniques

Proficiency in MS Office and Excel systems
