Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Noida. Responsibilities include managing sales strategies, developing customer relationships, implementing marketing plans, overseeing customer service initiatives, and conducting product or service training sessions for clients. The specialist will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business growth and revenue objectives. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders. Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets. Familiarity with Training techniques to effectively educate clients and team members about products or services. Proven organizational skills to manage tasks and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in market research and strategy development is a plus. Ability to work on-site in Noida and participate in collaborative team efforts. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
